My Post today is dedicated to all of you who ❤love❤ baking, or drinking sweet beverages and foods!. We know one of the things that usually adds a lot of calories is SUGAR.
We all love adding some sugar to our coffee and having snacks, and some of us to save the calories from sugar use Splenda as a substitute, but what many people don´t know is that Splenda has a LOT of chemical components that could cause side effects!.
