*LIFE IS SWEET*.♥ Spoil yourself 1 day of the week&eat 1 thing you LOVE♥.!

Hi dear followers, i hope you had an AMAZING weekend. I want to start this post by letting you know that YOU NEED TO SPOIL YOURSELF!.
Ok, we are all trying to reach our weight goal and we are working very hard counting calories, exercising  and using our cool apps on the iphone/ipod/ipad to eat healthy,  but let´s be honest... LIFE IS TOO SWEET& TOO SHORT to not eat something you love, so i want you to realize that you have to reward yourself for all the hard work we do on the week and have ONE thing you love on the weekend.




I spoiled myself too!: 
This past sunday (april 17th) was my birthday! woohoooo! ((It was so much fun!)), but i was a little worried because with birthdays comes the party and with it the food, snacks, beverages and CAKE!, all things with thousands of calories that i don´t want in my body hehe, but, as it was my birthday i decided to take one day off the diet and enjoy!. I had a few snacks, cheese, wine (because i´m over 21 lol), and a cupcake! and didn´t regret it at all!. It was awesome!. On monday i started counting calories again and did some extra workouts with my P90X, just to make sure i burn off those extra calories i had on my birthday.

Ps. It´s great to work hard to become a healthier girl, but you also need to enjoy the process :)!. It´s only one thing in one day, it won´t hurt anyone...;)
